Securing Affordable Housing for Immigrant Family

Dear Comunidad,
Please help an immigrant family of four pay what they owe from breaking their lease contingency.
As you might know, housing in Davis, California is not very affordable. For many our immigrant essential workers it can be prohibitively expensive.
This family of four was able to find a more affordable place to live with the support of ApoYolo and the Yolo Interfaith and Immigration Network (for more information please go to: https://www.yiinyolo.org/covid-19/).
However, the landlord demanded that they pay 3 months of rent for breaking the lease. Half of it has already been paid, but the other half still needs to be paid. We need to raise the money by October 31, 2020.
Any amount you can donate, no matter how small, will really help this immigrant essential worker family!
