For most of my 69 years, I’ve lived with the pain of being misunderstood. As someone with a neurodivergent background, I know firsthand how the gap in communication between neurotypes can lead to isolation, missed opportunities, and a constant need to mask who we truly are. After retiring, I realized I couldn’t stand by while so many others—children in schools, professionals in the workplace, families, and even first responders—struggled with the same invisible barriers. That’s why I founded UnicaNex.com and the AuDHD Alliance, with the support of our non-profit parent, Vitapassio.org. Our mission is to build a bridge of understanding, not to fix what isn’t broken, but to foster genuine inclusion for everyone.
