Juan Sebastian Lee 4/11/80 - 11/24/14
Sebastian was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles on the morning of Saturday, 11/22, and passed away from complications due to diabetes on Monday, 11/24 at ~4am. He leaves behind his loving wife and three year old son, Konnie and Domenic.
If you ever had the chance to meet Sebastian, you know that he was a great person. If you were lucky enough to call him your friend, you know that he'd come running if you needed help. Now, more than ever, Sebastian needs our help.
