Seba's Healing Heart

Sebastian is a delighting 9 years old with an illuminating soul . Everyone that meets him is dazzled when they find out about his truth.  He was born with a very unique heart condition known as Congenital Heart Disease. Since he was born he has done nothing else but thrive to enjoy the life of a regular kid. He loves to watch sports and play outside, but he has been limited by his condition for many years. 
Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome is so rare that the surgery that will be performed this upcoming August has been performed in less than 10 patients in the US. He will actually have to be taken from Miami to Boston Children Hospital in order for the surgery to take place. None the less , his family lacks the monetary support to finance such procedure. 
The money raised will be used to pay for expenses incurred throughout the treatment.  All donations will be greatly appreciated and cherished greatly.
