Fiona's Recovery

Update: Fiona has been found. She sustained injuries when hit by a car. We have her currently at the vet receiving the best care possible she will likely have several surgeries. We appreciate the communities support of this beautiful girl and look forward to posting her story from here on out with lots of pictures.
We rescued Fiona from Rural Kansas. She was found living on the streets with her puppies and taken to a high-kill shelter. Lola's Rescue was contacted to take her into our rescue, we didn't blink and got her immediately scheduled for transport. She safely arrived and within 2 hours at her new foster home she got spooked on a potty break and pulled out of her slip-lead and took off on December 8th around 7pm. We followed her trail for 5 straight days in Solterra always a foot behind her but never able to catch her. She has now made it 17 miles in the past month and we have had several sightings over the last 5 days in the busy area of Highlands Ranch. We really need to get her to safety and are hoping to gather some donations for much needed items for our search and rescue efforts.
Trail Camera ($400) that sends text messages straight to a cell phone once anything goes near the trap, Internet Service ($15/month) so that we are able to get the alerts the moment anything goes in or near trap, Daily bait food for traps ($20/day), Cable-locks to secure trail cam and trap ($80). New second trap ($300) Once we are able to catch her these tools will be used in other lost dog searches to get four-legged friends back to their families safely.
