Search Expenses

Since Lucas Hernandez went missing, our community has banded together to help recover him.  We are donating our time, money and resources to bring this little boy back where he belongs.  It has been a little more than a month and our search efforts are continuing.  Many people have asked for a way to donate to our efforts.  I resisted setting up a fundraiser for several weeks because we absolutely do not want anyone thinking we are trying to profit from Lucas' disappearance; however, I am finally giving in for several reasons. 

First of all, I know that I personally have spent nearly $1500 looking for Lucas and setting up search efforts.  I know that many of the other men and women who search with us have spent similar amounts.

Second, having money on hand allows us to bring in outside resources and support them while they are here in Wichita.  Third, many of you live to far away to actually donate your time, and your big hearts are crying out for a way to help.  You've asked me to give you a platform to donate, so here it is.  Thank you all so much.  It is deeply appreciated and will be used to bring Wichita's son home!
