Sean's Emergency Medical Fund

Sean is a 29 year old hardworking,  free-lance audio engineer, who was in horrific accident that left his leg shattered. After two surgeries, he is still incapacitated and unable to work while he is recuperating for the next several months. His out-of-pocket medical expenses and his living expenses have consumed his savings. Although his parents are helping him as much as possible, he is in danger of losing his housing.

The repair and reconstruction of Sean’s left tibial plateau fracture required two surgeries. The first surgery took three hours and the second surgery was 9 hours in the same week.
Sean suffered post surgical complications and had to remain in the hospital for an extended period of time. He is undergoing physical therapy that is very painful, yet necessary.
