UPDATE: On behalf of the Nelson/James family we want to express again our deepsest and most heartfelt thank yous for the out pouring of words, videos, pictures and monetary contributions during this very hard and difficult time. My family and I are in Awe with every ounce of support offered during our time of grief.
Zion is in our heart beat, our memories(he had such a presence), and in a place so much better than this one. With an address I would like to think is

NOTE: I have added Trevon Nelson, Zion's oldest brother as the beneficiary of his Gofundme account "Sea of Zion" so that along side his mom Stephanie Nelson the appropriate arrangements that have been made will be paid for accordingly for Zion to be laid to rest.

Today we lost the man of the sea, a free spirit and a good friend and mentor to so many. Today my family lost a Brilliant Mind. Fortunately his determination to succeed and his drive to be "GREAT", lead my cousin on a venture out of the Virgin Islands to pursue his dreams and follow his desire to take care of the ones he loved (I admired that about him). He was chill, ambitious and in a hurry to find success without hesitation. Unfortunately, his journey to earthly success was short lived as he was in a tragic car accident that took his life in the State of California, thousands of miles away from home. We are asking for those that can to please donate to transport my cousins body home and have a proper burial service. To bring him home so that his family and friends can celebrate and mourn his life respectfully. To those that knew Zion, he was a true man of the "Sea", he was a "spirited" individual, he was an "Intelligent" young man that had dreams that surpassed this earth. So it was only by right that he left us here for a place better than this one; for a place that his address is now met with the sea at his feet when he walks out of his front door. Remember Zion for all that loved him in every wave and dive taken in the sea and every fish Not caught (there was no catching Zion); he did what he pleased, Lol.
