<div>Hurricane Helene hit north Florida with 150 mile per hour winds and a 19-foot storm surge, leaving SEA HAG MARINA and most of Steinhatchee devastated. The marina, the owners’ home, the homes of their children and employees, and countless other businesses and residences in town were torn apart, flooded, or both.

<div>The destruction is beyond anything they’ve ever experienced, and is frankly hard to adequately describe. But in the wake of this once in a generation disaster, the team at Sea Hag is fighting together to rebuild.

<div>For over 25 years, Charlie and Danielle Norwood have operated Sea Hag Marina, raising not only their children but now their grandchildren in this close-knit community. Their 48 employees and 20+ Sea Hag contractors are like family, and right now, they are working tirelessly to salvage and repair everything that hasn’t been completely destroyed.

<div>Sea Hag, without regular revenue, won't be able to pay these workers their normal wages, and certainly not pay them what they are truly worth.
