Mental health has always been something important to me and during COVID 19 I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs, this pandemic has had its impact on all of us one way or another.
Everyone who knows me knows I like a drink or 2 at the best of times but with too much spare time I’ve noticed an increase in my consumption during lockdown. So I’m kicking drinking for a month to raise funds for beyond blue to battle depression.
