My name is Kayla Corber, and I am the mother Haiden Sandoval.

Haiden was born with a cleft lip and Palate, and he is due for his first surgery October 13th in Phoenix, AZ

Due to the travel distance and amount of time needed to stay in Phoenix, we are asking for help. This surgery is the first of many for him and we appreciate all the help we can get.
