Going to be homeless....

Hi, I'm Sam and if you are in a position to help me, it would be very much appreciated. I have been renting a room in my landlords residence (as it's his residence, I don't have any rights as such and have checked my legal situation with citizens advice). He has just given me over 4 weeks notice to vacate my room and remove my belongings including in an adjacent room.
I have not been able to work due to numerous health issues and I am taking presc pain killers around the clock which make me very drowsy most of the time. I do not have any family that can help out, and no friends (when you're long term unemployed with illness your lifestyle totally changes so of course I understand why friends have melted away).
I do not have any monies in savings and need money for a deposit, advanced rental, man with a van fees and possible extra payment because I have a rescue cat and some landlords will request additional payment to cover potential damage. (I do not receive enough in benefits to cover utility bills in a flat so will have to continue to rent a room even though I'm in my 50's).
In the past I have already sold many of my possessions (clothes, furniture, jewellery, etc) and will try to sell some remaining items I have but that will be minimal as I don't have many items left and not of any value.
I have been in contact with citizens advice and I am trying to get through to Shelter. The local council do NOT legally have to rehome me, and I cannot go into council association housing because my benefits will not cover gas, electricity, some council tax, broadband, etc. hence I have to continue renting a room in someone's home or a house share.
My rescue cat is my world and I cannot be separated from him, he is very scared of noise and other people so would never cope in a rescue or with adoption, he's a one person cat. He is the equivalent of my child so I need to find a household that will accept me and him as I will not be separated from him. Also, because of my health issues I need somewhere quiet, very near shops & my gp surgery - I don't drive and can't travel far anyway due to health reasons.
It is only due to health reasons that I lost my home a few years ago and have been renting/on benefits ever since. I have a professional background and worked all my life until then, so this has been extremely distressing for me, and now I'm 57 years old.
Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you.
