A Capella Academy 2020

Hello, my name is Gio Cepeda and I auditioned for A Cappella Academy 2020 in December spontaneously because I saw that this was my last eligible year to attend. I received an acceptance E-mail on February 1st and was instantly excited and honored to be offered such an amazing opportunity!

The reason I auditioned is because I have always been very interested in music and singing. I am currently in three A Cappella choirs at my high school and am always looking to improve and educate myself more in the A Cappella life! I rehearse every day and I love making beautiful music with my peers! I saw this opportunity on social media and instantly knew that I needed to at least audition for the Academy. I never expected to get a chance such as this one but I am extremely grateful to have the possibility to experience something so exciting like this!
Tuition for Academy is $2250 not including flight expenses. I made this gofundme page to help my mother with the expenditures and to relieve some financial stress from her. Again, I never expected to receive this opportunity but my mother was very open to helping me follow through with this possible journey.
Anything helps and I would be extraordinarily grateful for any donations made! If it is not possible to donate, sharing this page would mean so much to me!
