Scrub Hub is a nationwide volunteer network of people making Medical Scrubs for those working and supporting in our amazing National Health Service
The extreme pressure of Covid-19 means that many extra staff and fast tracked students are now on the front-line and require supplies in which to limit the spread of infection.
Scrub Hub Shropshire is appealing for funds to buy materials for this project. Suggested donation for a pair of scrubs is £20 which will allow us to purchase fabric, elastic and thread to make one top and trousers.
Funds raised will be used to cover material and delivery costs so we can make more scrubs and help more doctors and NHS workers. Any left over funds at the end of the scrubs shortage we will donate to NHS Practitioner health, an organisation dedicated to supporting the unique needs of health care professionals and their mental health, which we think will be of great importance in the coming months.
