Help me keep Scratching Pad open

Since June 2013, I've taken over a duplex apartment in Bushwick to house abandoned cats and used social media to help them find homes by starting the website Scratching Pad which has accumulated almost 10,000 followers and help adopt out more than a dozen cats. Here's a writeup about the project.

As of July 2014, I've received a notice from the landlord that they decided not to let me renew the lease.

This means no more cat photos or videos. And more than twenty cats will end up homeless again.

The reason is that for the past few months we've been unable to pay rent on time. My new roommates have had erratic work situations and one of them had a medical emergency with no insurance. I also have an erratic work situation and was unable to cover for them.

My last ditch effort is to pay the rent owed for July ASAP and offer to prepay for August as an attempt to convince the lords of the land to let me keep the apartment. If this doesn't work, all of the funds raised will be applied to find another space to house all the cats.

All the rewards are optional and negotiable. For example some of the rewards are geographically limited, but if you're in another country just ask me for something and I'll probably grant it.
