My name is Sal Leggio. I am a friend and work colleague of Scott Sequete. Several weeks ago, Scott was thrown a life changing “curveball”. He was diagnosed with Leukemia which as you know is a very serious illness. Scott is currently in a hospital in Arizona fighting this very difficult illness and disease. Unfortunately, his time in the hospital will be for an extended period.
Myself and another friend and colleague, Casey Morris, who has worked with Scott many, many years, have been approached by colleagues and friends who are interested in expressing their support for Scott and his family during this very difficult period in their life. So, Casey and I have organized a fund raiser to assist with the medical bills and added expenses of dealing with this illness. We have decided to use the on line “GoFundme” platform to accept donations on Scott’s behalf. All donations made to Scott, less the expenses of using the on-line platform, will go to him and his family. For every $1.00 donated, approximately 92 cents will be received by Scott to assist with medical and other expenses.
