Hello friends and family,

As some of you know, Scott has had a hernia that he's been living with for the past 10 years. He's not one to complain or bring attention to himself. He continues to have faith that God will provide the time and funds to take care of this procedure. He's the hardest-working person that I know so it makes sense that he has put off seeing a doctor for much longer than he should. His faith in the Lord takes care of his needs and it has been put on my heart to ask that we play a part in God's plan to provide.

As his daughter, I would like to ask some of his closest loved ones for a little bit of help. I've set up this GoFundMe to set aside some money that will be used for his surgery. It ranges from $4,500-6,000 and it is typically an outpatient procedure. He would recover in 6 short weeks with no heavy lifting.

One thing I've learned from consulting with my family doctor, this is something that needs immediate attention. So, I ask for your help (all the way from California) in taking care of my dad and getting this ball rolling. Anything helps and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
