Scott Jessie's 40th Bday Memorial

Donation protected
I had the privledge of meeting Scott's mom (Sara) for the first time last weekend. I always heard about what an amazing person he was and what a huge influence he had on my husband who was friends with Scott.

After meeting Sara at a surprise birthday party, I knew we needed to continue our conversation. We met for coffee today and I learned more about this brave, awesome woman.

One of the things she told me is that the memorial to Scott in front of Stow High School is in need of some serious attention. The fund that was established in Scott's name 20 years ago no longer exists. Although I never met Scott, I can now call his beautiful mom a friend and I want to help my new friend remember her son.

Scott would have turned 40 on March 20th and while so many 1993 Stow grads are celebrating their big day--it seems like Scott should also be celebrated.

I told Sara that we would help clean up the Scott's memorial this spring. I'm starting this gofundme to raise money to help clean up, mulch, purchase new flowers to plant and revitalize Scott's garden. Also--if anyone is interested in joining me, Joe, our girls and my new friend Sara clean up Scott's memorial later this spring, please send me an email.
