Hello, I am Macey. My dad is Scott, he is a diabetic who works constantly and started a new job. My dad is the main source of income for himself and his fiancée, Jodi. He has not been at this job long enough to qualify for PTO nor FMLA. Recently he developed a blister on his foot and it has since led to an emergency surgery including above knee amputation of his right leg. He had an unexpected 2nd surgery today, praying everything goes to plan for a referral to inpatient care at Jim Thorpe rehab facility. My dad unfortunately will need to learn to walk again and hopefully get a prosthetic. Eventually, we’re going to need to modify his house and truck. His fiancée currently works full time. Unfortunately these all cost money, including hospital bills, and all their home expenses along with the Mortgage.

Neither one of us are much for asking for help. Because we are too stubborn. However, this being unexpected and now long term, I am asking for any financial donation to help keep my dads house afloat until he returns home, a share or good thoughts as we navigate forward and try to make this as stress less as possible for him.
