Scott Milligan - loved by many

On March 26, 2018,  we learned Scott Milligan passed away suddenly at the age of 40.  Though Scott was a giant of a man who looked intimidating, anyone who got to know him learned how kind and loving he was.  Scott loved to laugh and had a gift for making others laugh, as well.   He is survived his mother and grandmother, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.  Ellen (Mary) will be the beneficiary of these funds which will be used towards funeral cost.
