Scott Flanagan Medical Recovery

Donation protected
Our friend Scott was diagnosed with rare neurological voice disorder called Spasmodic Dysphonia.  For the last year and a half he has been doctoring the condition, which robs him of his speaking and singing voice.  As many of you know, his career and personal life revolve around his voice!  He had 3 options for treatment: do nothing, get injections into his vocal chords every 3 months for the rest of his life, or undergo a major surgery.  The injections helped, but have not brought his "old" voice back.  After a period of extensive research and prayer, he has decided to have vocal nerve transplant surgery.  The surgery is scheduled for October 18th and will take place in Wisconsin.  Luckily, his insurance has come through (finally) and will cover the $100k in costs after his deductible.  However, he will be out of work without pay during his recovery, which could last for up to 4 months.  We want your support in helping him with meeting the rest of his deductible this year and living expenses while he recovers.  He would greatly appreciate your support and LOTS of prayers too!
