Scott Blaylock has been diagnosed with Stage 4 head and neck cancer.
Scott has a wonderful wife and two fantastic kids.
We are looking to try and raise money to help cover some of their extra costs for his treatment and care.
He is on an aggressive treatment plan with radiation daily for 7 weeks and Chemo twice a week every other week.
He has to pay a co-pay every visit and every CT and PET scan which are $250 each scan. Then comes the specialized nutritional care, prescriptions, among other expenses.
Anything to help would be greatly appreciated.
