Scotland Shirts for Our Children

Last night, after the anguish and nerves had been replaced by the wave of euphoria that almost launched this wee country into orbit it struck me that for the next 6 weeks or so, up and down this country the familiar, "Whit are ye askin' Santa fir?" question will be repeatedly answered with a resounding cry, "A Scotland top!"

But we all know they don't come cheap. And we all know that more and more families are really struggling this year, a year like no other. £50 for a Scotland shirt will be well beyond the reach of so many families.

So, a conversation with one of my sisters this afternoon got me thinking, can we set up a fund and get people to donate towards the cost of 50 Scotland shirts?

This page is the first step. The next step will be to share it and get it shared over and over again in the hope that we can raise £2,500 to buy 50 kids' Scotland shirts. Who knows, maybe we'll get even further than that!
