Buongiorno, sono Lattanzio Loris con la presente voglio raccontare la nostra storia. Il 23/08/2017 attorno alle ore 16:15 mio figlio Lattanzio Daniel che vive con la mamma (Perotto Eva domiciliati in Nizza Monferrato presso l'abitazione del compagno della mia ex Moglie)è vittima di un incidente. Mio figlio Daniel attorno alle ore 15:40 stava facendo manutenzione alla moto, ha cambiato la candela poi, accende la sua moto Aprilia 50 rs esce dal cancello in pantaloncini corti e maglietta mezze maniche e con le scarpe antinfortunistiche da cuoco (che sono tipo di scarpa senza lacci che si infilano solo nel piede ,perché Daniel frequentava il 2 anno di scuola alberghiera di Agliano Terme AFP. In questo periodo faceva uno stage lavorativo in un ristorante non usufruendo delle vacanze estive). Quando esce dal cancello la madre le dice " Daniel il casco" e lui le risponde "mamma conta cinque minuti arrivo" e si accinge a provare la moto. Dopo dieci minuti la madre non vedendo rientrare Daniel, pensa che sia rimasto in panne con la moto ed esce per andarlo a cercare a piedi in questa strada secondaria che era di sua abitudine percorrere. Nel breve tragitto incrocia una signora che passeggiava e la mia ex moglie le chiede se ha visto un ragazzo in moto, questa signora le riferisce che la moto è appoggiata nel fosso ma il ragazzo non c’è. La mia ex fa ancora un paio di metri uscendo da una curva e vede i piedi di Daniel che sporgono dal fosso; in pratica era a 1 km e 200 mt da casa. Da quel momento il mio Daniel non risponde più, la mia ex moglie ha fatto partire la macchina dei soccorsi. L'ambulanza 118 ha cercato di stabilizzarlo e rianimarlo per 30 minuti, trasportato al campo sportivo di Incisa Scapaccino per trasferirlo sull'elisoccorso, dove ha avuto il secondo arresto cardiaco, trasportato al CTO di Torino. Giunto al CTO sopraggiunge il terzo arresto cardiaco, la mia ex moglie intanto mi avverte dell' accaduto per dirmi che era grave e lo stavano trasportando al CTO. Mi precipito a Torino al CTO e la prima dottoressa che mi ha accolto mi riferisce che la situazione è gravissima perché aveva avuto 3 arresti cardiaci e aveva perso tanto sangue , e mi dice che è come se avesse impattato contro un muro di cemento armato. In tarda notte altri medici ci parlano e ci dicono che Daniel aveva un trauma toracico con un versamento polmonare e distaccamento del medesimo, un ginocchio tutto martoriato, un trauma facciale, un trauma cranico, un taglio dietro la testa e tre vertebre cervicali rotte (i traumi tutti dal lato sinistro), e che se avesse passato la notte i traumi al cervello erano gravissimi e sarebbe stato sempre in coma. La mattina del 24/08/2017 alle 9:17 Daniel con appena 15 anni ci ha lasciati. La procura ha archiviato il caso perché secondo i rilievi eseguiti dalla polizia stradale di Nizza Monferrato è stata un'uscita di strada autonoma e il ragazzo era senza casco. Guardando il luogo dell'incidente non ci sono segni di frenata e di impatto della moto nel fosso, la moto è stata trovata 5 mt avanti il corpo di mio figlio, appoggiata al fosso. Non abbiamo mai creduto al verbale della polizia, perchè Daniel non aveva altri segni di sbucciatura nel resto del corpo. Daniel era nel fosso in posizione fetale, questo fa pensare che sia stato appoggiato lì. Puntualizzo che la Polizia Stradale è arrivata sul luogo dell’ incidente un'ora dopo l'accaduto e non c'era più nessuno. Secondo noi o è stato investito e poi lasciato nel fosso oppure l'incidente non è avvenuto lì e lo an messo in un secondo momento, ma nessuno ci ascolta. Ho fatto vari appelli su giornali ma nulla, fatto fare un servizio alla trasmissione di Chi l'ha visto, ma nulla. Dopo 6 mesi sono riuscito avere i rilievi (praticamente inutili) che ha fatto la Polizia Stradale, e spunta la testimonianza di quella donna che era a passeggio al momento dell’ incidente, la quale sul verbale depositato riferisce che lei è passata in quel punto due volte, dove c'era la moto appoggiata al fosso sia all'andata che al ritorno, ma puntualizza che il ragazzo non c'era. Incrocia la mia ex moglie alla quale dice che la moto è appoggiata nel fosso, ma non c'è nessun ragazzino. La mia ex moglie dopo pochi passi esce da questa curva e vede i piedi del nostro Daniel !? E' una cosa che non capisco, ci riferiscono che è tutto sotto sequestro moto,salma di mio figlio per poi scoprire che non è vero! Perché come dice il legale non han richiesto di fare un esame autoptico ? Perchè non hanno indagato? Abbiamo fatto fare perizia medico legale sui cd della TAC e sulla cartella clinica che mi a rilasciato il CTO di Torino, e una perizia dall' ingegnere sulla moto e sul luogo dell’ incidente, stanno ancora lavorandoci sopra perché anche per loro il mio Daniel non ha fatto tutto da solo.
Chiedo aiuto, ho bisogno di sapere cosa è accaduto a mio figlio non vivo più, non ho più mio figlio aiutatetemi vi prego .
Per poter andare avanti con la causa e le perizie, per trovare la verità sull'accaduto ci vogliono tanti aiuti perchè da solo non riesco affrontare tutto questo.

Looking at the accident site there are no signs of braking and impact of the bike in the ditch, the bike was found 5 meters ahead of my son's body, leaning against the ditch. We never believed the police report, as Daniel had no other peeling marks on the rest of his body. Daniel was in the ditch in the fetal position, which suggests that he was placed there. I would like to point out that the Traffic Police arrived at the scene of the accident an hour after the incident and there was no one left. Pendant cette période, il a effectué un stage de travail dans un restaurant ne profitant pas des vacances d'été). Quand elle sort du portail, sa mère lui dit "Daniel le casque" et il répond "Maman, compte cinq minutes j'arriverai" et s'apprête à essayer le vélo. Au bout de dix minutes, la mère, ne voyant pas revenir Daniel, pense qu'il a eu une panne avec le vélo et sort le chercher à pied sur cette route secondaire qu'il empruntait autrefois. Dans le court trajet, elle rencontre une dame qui marchait et mon ex-femme lui demande si elle a vu un garçon sur une moto, cette dame lui dit que la moto repose dans le fossé mais que le garçon n'est pas là. Mon ex marche encore quelques mètres hors d'une courbe et voit les pieds de Daniel sortir du fossé; en pratique, il était à 1 km et à 200 mètres de la maison. A partir de ce moment, mon Daniel ne répond plus, mon ex-femme a démarré la voiture de sauvetage. L'ambulance 118 a tenté de le stabiliser et de le réanimer pendant 30 minutes, transporté sur le terrain de sport d'Incisa Scapaccino pour le transférer à l'hélicoptère de sauvetage, où il a eu le deuxième arrêt cardiaque, transporté au CTO de Turin. Lorsque le troisième arrêt cardiaque survient au CTO, mon ex-femme me prévient entre-temps de ce qui s'est passé pour me dire que c'était grave et qu'ils le transportaient au CTO. Je me précipite au CTO de Turin et le premier médecin qui m'a accueilli me dit que la situation est très grave car elle avait eu 3 arrêts cardiaques et avait perdu beaucoup de sang, et elle me dit que c'est comme si elle avait heurté un mur en béton armé. Tard dans la nuit, d'autres médecins nous parlent et nous disent que Daniel a eu un traumatisme thoracique avec un épanchement pulmonaire et un détachement de la même chose, un genou complètement battu, un traumatisme facial, un traumatisme crânien, une coupure derrière la tête et trois vertèbres cervicales cassées (je traumatisme du côté gauche), et que s'il passait la nuit, les traumatismes au cerveau étaient très graves et il serait toujours dans le coma. Le matin du 24/08/2017 à 9h17, Daniel avec seulement 15 ans nous a quittés. Le procureur a rejeté l'affaire car selon les enquêtes menées par la police de la circulation de Nizza Monferrato, il s'agissait d'une sortie autonome de la route et le garçon était sans casque. En regardant le lieu de l'accident, il n'y a aucun signe de freinage et d'impact du vélo dans le fossé, le vélo a été retrouvé à 5 mètres devant le corps de mon fils, appuyé contre le fossé. Nous n'avons jamais cru au rapport de police, car Daniel n'avait aucune autre marque de peau sur le reste de son corps. Daniel était dans le fossé en position fœtale, ce qui suggère qu'il y a été placé. Je signale que la police de la circulation est arrivée sur les lieux de l'accident une heure après l'incident et qu'il n'y avait plus personne. À notre avis, soit il a été écrasé puis laissé dans le fossé, soit l'accident ne s'est pas produit là-bas et l'a remis plus tard, mais personne ne nous écoute. Nous avons eu un examen médical sur les CD TAC et sur les dossiers médicaux que le CTO de Turin m'a remis, et un avis d'expert de l'ingénieur sur la moto et sur le site de l'accident, ils y travaillent toujours car même pour eux mon Daniel ne le fait pas. il a tout fait tout seul.
Je demande de l'aide, j'ai besoin de savoir ce qui est arrivé à mon fils. Je ne vis plus, je n'ai plus mon fils. S'il vous plaît, aidez-moi.
