School Supplies for a Wonderful Family

Lamika Hawkins is a wonderful mother of four boys. If children are any kind of reflection of parenting, her teenagers speak volumes about the Hawkins' family values through their patience, hard work, concern for others and willingness to help. Lamika has faced many trials as a single mother with stage four severe kidney failure. When I suggested a year ago that I create a GoFundMe page to alleviate some of the financial burdens, she wouldn't let me do it, because "there are others with greater needs." I don't think she realizes how much those of us who know her would love to bless her this way.


Her teenage twins have been trying to share one computer for school this year, using cell wifi and it isn't sufficient. Let's get her twins laptops to help ensure a successful school year. Anything above the goal I set will be put to good use. Thank you!
