Scholarships to attend #SBC21 (Non-partisan)

Our desire is to provide a scholarship fund for those want to attend the SBC Annual Meeting in Nashville, June 15-16, but are unable to attend because of financial constraints. 

Scholarships will be awarded on a random basis for those who meet the following criteria:

— Pastoral staff of a small (under 200) SBC church
— Church is either unable OR unwilling to pay your expenses to attend
— Agrees to use the funds only for Conference & Convention-related expenses
— Agrees to attend all Convention meeting sessions

The number of scholarships awarded will be based on the amount donated. Each recipient will receive $1,000 toward Send Conference & Convention expenses. A check will be mailed directly to your church, made out to your church, with instructions that the funds only be used to send you to this year's Annual Meeting. The funds may be used for hotel, flight, gas, rental car, meals, books/resources while at the convention, etc. If you do not attend the meeting, we ask that the funds be returned.

Your views on issues facing the convention or who you plan to vote for in the Presidential election will not be requested on the application or considered as a factor in distributing the scholarships.
