Scholarship for 2 orphaned students
I used scholarships to get my degrees in Canada and US, probably you did too. While obtaining scholarships is something common here in North America, it’s not the case back home, at least at the level that it pays for tuition and board. It's been my dream to provide scholarship to those who are in need as a way of paying back, and also to encourage this to become a routine procedure in our birth country!
Recently I got connected to a private home that provides board, care and education for orphaned girls from 4 to 20 years of age, basically the children grow up there pretty the same way our parents brought us up; the only difference is that those who provide the care are not their biological parents! They are selfless individuals who work there and take care of the children same as they do for their own ones. That’s a huge commitment and responsibility. I was impressed and decided to take part and do something which is just a tiny fraction of what they do on a daily basis. My primary goal is providing scholarship for two students at college level. The two have finished high school and have been accepted in Payam-Nour university which is a paid college. The name of the home is Nikaan, run by Mrs. Mohaajeri in Kerman. And I’d like to invite you to join me on this project. The base value needed for the scholarship is $3000 this year (including $100 GoFundMe fees), and I appreciate your donations.
