<div>Ich bin eine Genossin der Kleingarten- und Heimstättengenossenschaft Mannheim. Ein schmaler Streifen Land zwischen der Forckenbeckstr. und der Friedrichshaller Str./ Mecklenburgischen Str.

<div>Im Rahmen eines städtebaulichen Vertrages sind die Genossen dazu aufgefordert, im Jahr 2025 über die Zukunft unseres Streifens zu entscheiden. Die Optionen sind, vereinfacht gesagt, Verkauf an einen Investor und Bebauung, oder Grünland.

<div>Jeder würde intuitiv sagen, lasst die Idylle doch Idylle sein, natürlich sollen die Gärten bleiben! Doch leider hat der Vertrag einen Haken: <em>Die aktuellen Lauben und Hütten müssen auf maximal 28 m2 heruntergebaut werden, sofern das nicht möglich ist, sogar vollständig abgerissen werden. Da manche Genossen diese Abriss- bzw. Teilabrisskosten nicht stemmen können, werden viele für einen Verkauf und damit die Zerstörung der Gärten stimmen. Und um genau diesen Menschen finanziell unter die Arme zu greifen, brauchen wir Ihre Hilfe.</em>
