Scarlett's Heart Surgery

We have avoided asking anyone for any money for as long as we can in the hopes that Scarlett would not need surgical intervention long enough for us to save up enough for it but she is getting worse faster than anyone expected needs something done fast.
Her Condition:
Scarlett has "Tetralogy of Fallot" which is a rare heart defect that only affects 0.005% of babies born in America. Her heart did not develop properly and has a hole in in her ventricle septum which compresses on her pulmonary artery making it difficult for blood to get into her lungs. It also allows unoxygenated blood to bypass the lungs and back into her body which does not oxygenate her organs. O2 saturation below 92% is considered insufficient oxygen in the blood. Any O2 sat below 88% is considered dangerous for any period of time. 85% O2 sat warrants an emergency trip to the hospital. Scarlett now consistently sats at 85% and dips as low as 75%. Her organs and brain are not getting enough oxygen to the point that there is risk of long term damage.
Why we made this:
Scarlett's mom was an EMT until she got pregnant and went to work as an emergency dispatcher at the same ambulance company. I, Scarlett's father is also an EMT working the 911 service in Riverside County CA. We both barely make above minimum wage and simply cant afford the interventions she needs. Any donations will be used towards the medical bills accrued like testing, procedures, and hospital stays. We are paying the medical bills for the birth, the bills for her going into the NICU after birth, paying for the bills for her going out to LA to have a balloon catheter put into her heart to give her more time, but now she needs the full surgery. We don't make enough for the medical bills we already have, we can't even imagine how expensive pediatric heart surgery is going to be.
We hate that we are in this position but we don't know what else to do. Anything at all helps.
