This little cat had been seen darting across a busy roads, dragging it's back leg behind him. It's likely he had been run over and had a terrible injury.

Despite this he was very tenacious and it took the team, with help from the public, three days to trap and transport Scampi to the vets.

The damage is so severe that he had rubbed down the bone dragging it behind him

Scampi needs urgent care and amputation. The cost so far are over £300 for initial assessment. X-rays have confirmed the the leg is dislocated at the hip and there is no saving it

He is having this operated on today the total cost will be around £1600-£1800 or maybe more
