Scafell Pike Mountain Climb 2019

I'm at it again! This time I'm climbing Scafell Pike on Wednesday 28th August. I'm in serious training (on my bike!,,) hoping to raise £1000.00 for deserving charities including Polio Plus. This is the Rotary International charity which is intent on eradicating polio worldwide .

We're almost there...one final push and polio will be gone forever!!  Bill Gates will match pound for pound all sponsorship too!,

I'm doing the climb with Bruce my son and my two grandsons Jake and Callum. They will carry me up if they have to!! It is England's highest peak at 3,210 ft. Not quite as high as us conquering Ben Nevis 3 years ago, but still high enough to scare me to death!!
