Family of 8 Forced Out of Home

On Thursday, November 9th my family of eight was forced out on the street. This includes my 4 month old nephew. Please view the attached video. It says it all. We are in desperate need of a home. Being displaced has also left us without necessary winter clothing, as well as, scrambling for transportation to work and I'm scheduled to start a new job this week. Our landlord went to court on October 5th. We were told the outcome was that the house had been foreclosed without their knowledge, the new owner will NOT be able to FILE for an eviction until November 1st, giving us a very small window to find a place to go. We had to leave. Yes, we were paying rent. On the 9th, this past Thursday morning, my family was traumatically rushed out of our home, some of us awakened to the sound of strangers telling us to leave. My niece was forced to get dressed with the female sheriff demanding the door stay open. This was shocking, terrifying, and my mom told them this is not what our landlord communicated and we received no notice. Her comments were dismissed. We frantically scrambled for id's, medicines, money, all while shocked and disoriented and constantly being hurried by the female sheriff barking orders at us. It was NOT surreal. It was individual domestic terrorism. This should not be legal. Yesterday, November 11th, we received a copy of the court document - TOO LATE . Our family came to this home banning together to recover from domestic abuse and to help our mom recover from major surgery and now we are homeless.
