I don’t normally do this, all my life I have worked hard to obtain a better life. Growing up my family was always poor, my brothers and I had to work to help pay bills, luxuries such as a car or college were out of the question. Most would accept this as the way things are, but I couldn’t. When I turned 18 I worked hard to teach myself enough to earn my GED and try to make a better life for myself. I tried to go to collage to pursue my passion for cooking, but was hit hard with recurring ulcers that had me in extreme pain and vomiting blood.I had to go to the hospital. Luckily, the hospital bills put a small strain on my family’s finances. There is a common saying that bad things happen in threes. In my case, the statement is true. My car has had three issues in the past month all with heavy bills that have left me in debt.  With hundreds of dollars added to my already growing debt, I am now in a state of hopelessness. Nothing I do seems to work, and I am at the point that I don’t know where else to turn or what more I can do. So, I am sending out this cry for help and hoping it is heard. Please help, and thank you.
