Valerie's Cancer Fund

As most of you probably know, my mom was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer back in October. It's aggressive, and in her particular case and stage, after weighing all of the options, her best chance was to pursue Integrative treatment with possibly adding some conventional treatment along the way. She has had, as the doctors at MD Anderson have stated after seeing her scan results, remarkable success with the treatment she's been receiving. Her scan showed the tumor shrinking from 12cm down to pieces, which collectively are around 3-4 cm, and partially dead. She is so close to getting rid of the tumor, has changed her lifestyle dramatically, and is addressing the root causes of the cancer. The treatment has also taken out some cancer that had begun to metastasize! TNBC metastasizes very quickly.

However, this treatment is out-of-pocket, as insurance will not cover it She has basically run out of money at this point, and won't be able to continue her IPT treatment at NIHA in Washington, DC. The only other option at this point is radical treatment, and will statistically cause a recurrence.

I am asking you to consider contributing to her ongoing success. Her treatments cost close to $3000 per week, but should be every two weeks from here on out. The problem is that the money is needed up front at every appointment.
