Saying a big thank you to Nnamdi

Nnamdi is an exceptional person. A man who has induced great affection and respect from multitudes of past and present generations of Tetherdown children and their parents.
Always positive, helpful, and loyal to the school, he seems to have some kind of super-power that enables him to not only remember the name of every child and sibling in the school but also the patience and skill to bring out the best in all of them.
The good news is that Nnamdi’s is leaving Tetherdown to utilise some of his many intellectual and personal skills to continue his studies in a Masters IT. But we will miss him.
It seems to add insult to the Covid-19 injury to let such a special person leave our community and school without properly saying thank you, wishing him well and marking the moment.
To that end. If you wish to express your thanks in the form of a donation- then that would be great.
We are also inviting kids to paint or draw a message on an A4 size piece of paper that we will gather, when we are next in the playground, and put in a book to say a big thank you to Nnamdi.
