My name is Sawyer Thieringer. I am 26 years old and from Long Valley, NJ. The disaster that has struck in Texas is horrible. It has been hard for me to sit here in NJ not being able to do anything about it. I SAID NO MORE!
I will be leaving for Texas this Thursday, August 31st to help with the Hurricane Harvey Relief Effort. My friend John Feeley (Baltimore, MD) and I will be making the trip, and could use your help and support. Our mission is to assist in both the human and animal relief efforts. We have also learned of other opportunities to help distribute food, clothing, supplies etc.
The amount of time we will be there, at the moment is undetermined, but we will be in Texas for atleast a week.
