SPIRITUAL JOURNEY TO THE EAST

Two weeks ago I was engaged and on what I believed to be the path towards marriage and children, however God and the Universe had a different plan for me. Although it was an extremely painful decision, my ex-fiance and I agreed to part ways on March 17 to pursue our own passions. There have been many nights where I have cried myself to sleep. Even as I write these words I weep and my heart is heavy, but my soul uplifts me by gently whispering that it was not meant to be. She is a beautiful soul and I am deeply honored and grateful for the life we once shared.
The pain I felt was unbelievable, but I decided not to be a victim. I decided to apply the Warrior Philosophy that I have spent the last 3 years developing and sharing with friends, clients and strangers. I had divine inspiration to channel that pain and convert it into love and positivity. I contemplated long and hard. Ultimately I decided to donate most of my personal possessions and keep only what was essential to my being. I then purchased a one-way ticket to BALI in order to pursue my lifelong dream of embarking on a SPIRITUAL JOURNEY TO THE EAST. The Spiritual journey will begin in Bali where I will reside in Ubud to study and practice yoga from the masters in order to increase my level of awareness. It is my intention to visit many Holy sites, temples, and lands including Thailand, The Himalayas, India, Nepal, Israel and see the pyramids at Giza. Those are the major points of interest, but essentially I will surrender to the universal flow of life and go wherever the wind takes me. Like the stream of water that peacefully flows so too will my consciousness.
My goal is to raise $9,000 for my journey of healing and knowledge. I came to this sum because 9 is my soul urge number. According to numerology 9 is said to represent selflessness and compassion. The money raised will be used for basics such as food, shelter, water, visas, plane and train tickets and donations to the various Holy temples I will study and practice at.
My flight departs on April 21, 2016. Signifying the end of one cycle and the commencement of a new cycle.
When I was 17 years old my English High School teacher included the book "Siddhartha " by Herman Hesse as part of our cirriculum. It was the first book I ever read in its entirety. It spoke to me deeply and had a profound effect on me, but I couldn't possibly understand then that it would help shape my destiny. My entire life on Earth has led me to this exact moment. I am following the promptings of my soul and it would absolutely mean the world to me if you contributed whatever you can to support my journey. If 240 people donated $37.5 I could see my goal come to fruition. I promise to post inspiring pics and contemplations on instagram and facebook along this journey of self-discovery. It is my life's purpose to inspire, uplift, and love with all of my heart in the name of the greater good.
