SAVTA Start-Up Operations

Friends and Family,

As many of you know by now, we have embarked upon our food journey together as SAVTA.  We are currently building our brand, our recipes, and our community through pop-up brunches and dinners. Within a year, we hope to be a permanent restaurant which we can welcome you all into with open arms.

We're raising money to support our very early operational expenses that we need to execute to both execute new opportunities and build a strong foundation for the sucess of the restaurant business.  We have recurring pop-up opportunities for this summer starting at the end of May,  including the chance to fully take over an operating restaurant upstate for one weekend a month.

The money we are raising here will ultimately help accelerate our business and brand as we seek investor funding for the restaurant. The operational costs we're looking for is meant to fund things like insurance, pop up materials, R+D, brand identity design work, website, accounting software and much more. 

The profits we are making from our pop-ups are going directly back into the business to help fund growth organically, but to get to the next level we could use a boost.   We greatly appreciate whatever support you have available, monetary or othewise, to give in whatever form it may come.
