Cancer treatment for Liat

Hi. I am raising money for my cousin Liat, who needs urgent lifesaving cancer treatment in Israel.  Any donation no matter how small will  make a difference, so I am appealing to you all to please help save my cousin's life. This is her story.

Hi. My name is Liat, daughter of Ilana. I am 48 years of age, married with 3 beautiful children. Sadly this year, I was diagnosed with a rare type of bone cancer. I reside in Greece, but after diagnosis I was informed that I had to seek treatment abroad.

I have started specialist treatment at the Sourasky Medical Centre in Tel Aviv, where I’ve undergone several rounds of chemotherapy. My family in Israel and abroad have kindly offered me guidance, as well as emotional and financial support.  

I have run out of funds and I am now at the crucial stage of treatment whereby I require complex surgery to remove the cancer and implant a prosthetic joint. This operation is very costly and we are appealing for your help.

I urgently need to raise $60,000(US) (£42,750)   by the end of this month to ensure I am able to have this operation and  another $60,000 for after care and further rounds of chemotherapy over the next couple of months.If I am unable to raise the funds, I will not be able to receive this life saving treatment. My wish is to continue my life being a healthy committed mother and wife.
