Farah needs your help for continued vet care.
She was found by one of my co-workers wondering the streets of Baltimore. She waited for animal control in my office and she proved to be a very sweet pup. Animal aControl took her to BARCS where they determined she is 3 yrs old. We adopted her after the 72 hour hold and brought her home.
She never fully recovered from being spayed and was taken to the emergency vet with a couple days of coming home. It was there she was diagnosed with Kennel Cough (despite being vaccinated). We started antibiotics and gave her the best treatment we could. Despite those initial efforts she still was not showing great signs of improvement and our vet determined she had developed pneumonia. She required 2 days of Intensive Care at the Animal Emergency and Referral Center of York and had subsequent visits.
She keeps showing signs of recovery but she has had another set back today and Eve is on her way to the ER yet again.
We believe we can get her through this but we have already gone over our spending limit getting her the best care we possibly can.
Please assist us in getting this sweet girl healthy!
