We leave on 7/29 to go to the Mayo Clinic to start the transplant journey to save Chad’s life. He needs a double lung and a heart transplant. Every dollar counts and if you want to give outside the fundraiser, please contact me. I do have Zelle and Cash App.

He has a very rare lung condition and is completely in respiratory and heart failure. We know everyone has a story & everyone is suffering but please help me show him he’s never been alone!
