My cousin was and still is stationed  overseas in Korea when his ex wife gave birth to his child. Once this beautiful little boy was born,  she told  my cousin that the child died during child birth. after the boy was nearly 16 hours old sold the child to a couple by the last name of Hernandez. The couple got pulled over by Arizona State Patrol and the officer found out that the child in their vehicle was not their child.  Custody of the child went in the Custody of Department of Child Safety and proceeded to call my cousin about the situation after they discovered that he has legal right and perturnity rights of the child.  He was granted emergecy leave and flew home from Korea on his own savings. While he was in the U.s. He has eight visitations with his child but was not granted custody. He immediately got a lawyer and is currently fighting for little Leo.  Because of the situation DSS is reluctant to hand over his son to him.  So he is fighting to get the custody of this sweet baby.  Thus far he has spent nearly $14,000 in flights, hotel reservations, rental cars, and lawyer fees. Without help he will not be able to keep fighting for custody of his child.  Unfortunately, lawyers are very expensive and we need help to fight for his son!!!! The money donated will be used to pay for some of the debt he has from fighting and the on going Lawfirm fees. Please help us bring Baby Leo home safe where he belongs!
