Saving my new home from foreclosure

Donation protected

Never give up, never despair,
Never let cowardice poison the air,
Stealing your smile, breaking your will,
Feeding you victim's sour suicide pill
When you could say, thank you but no,
I will not let myself sink down so low,
For I am free, free to decree
Who, how, and what I believe to be me.

Dear friends,
Some of you know that I am separating from my husband, in pursuit of love and a life that allows for happy endings when we stay awake, are curious, vigilant, brave, believe in our dreams, and are uncompromising and never give up following them.

I have not always done that. I have been negligent, and it has cost me my marriage.  But life is generous. Dreams keep coming. I have a new dream, one I'm fiercely dreaming, and it is the dream of ...
BUYING MY NEW PARTNER'S HOME AND SAVING IT FROM  FORECLOSURE.

I have fallen in love.
I have taken risks.
I have learned things about the world we live in I wished I didn't know.

Wolfgang's house has been in his family since 1938. It's an old and proud battle ship that has seen the rise and fall of empires, and weathered the stones that were thrown at it. It's a stubborn house, one that can handle ghosts of the past, and pressure from the banks who want to take it. Wolfgang's mother was born and died in this house. She too was a fighter (no wonder where he got it from), did not give up when she was told she couldn't walk again after fracturing her hip in 17 places when she was in her late 70s. She got back on her feet ... and walked right into cancer... Not able to pay the loan on her home, she signed a reversed mortgage so she could stay there for the final years of her life. When she died, at home, Wolfgang inherited the debt but DOESN'T WANT TO LOSE THE HOUSE.

It is now in foreclosure, due to be sold on the courthouse steps in mid-January. The only way to save it and keep it in the family is to BUY THE HOUSE AGAIN, i.e. take out another loan to pay off the (reversed mortgage) loan, or shall we say, to borrow money (from the bank) to pay off (the same?) bank...???

I have applied for loans, and been rejected.
I have learned about money, lenders, credit unions, down payment, co-signing, brokers, investors, interest, points, amortization, probate, bankruptcy, attorneys, title, and sales.
I have applied again and again, and have finally received an offer that works with my budget.
I have worked hard and long days.
I have saved and saved and saved.

AND AM SHORT $5,000 TO PAY FOR CLOSING COST ON MY NEW HOME.

I am having a hard time asking for money, especially to finance a personal dream. I don't want to be gifted money. I want to PAY EVERYTHING BACK.

That being said, I am humbly asking you to LEND ME MONEY, any amount you can afford, to be paid back within a year, unless you insist on making a contribution as a gift. Please indicate in the comment section if that's the case. To pay back your amount, please leave your email address, or email me at [email redacted] so I know where to send the refund.

I need to close on the loan by the end of December to beat the foreclosure date.

Thank you for considering.
