Saving my baby Leila-Lou

Hi everyone my name is Bianka, my bestfriend is named Leila-Lou, I got her as a birthday present 8 years ago and she is the absolute best companion I could ever ask for, I wouldn’t trade her for the world. Leila-Lou recently got diagnosed with extreme diabetes, her hormones all over the place, urine infection and possibly Cushing's disease. Everyday she’s starting to get weaker and weaker. She is the absolute best dog I could ever ask for, her pure soul brings me so much joy everyday. She is such a fighter and I know she can get through this! I want to do everything I can to save her even if that means every bit of money I have. If you can help in any way possible me and my family would so so appreciate  that, even just 1$ can go a long way!
