“The Order of Malta Ambulance Corps has prepared and mobilised volunteers to support Health Service Executive (HSE), National Ambulance Service and Local County Councils and communities during the current Healthcare Emergency caused by COVID-19.

The Order of Malta is one of the largest providers of first aid and voluntary ambulance services in Ireland and is listed as a ‘Voluntary Emergency Services’ resource available to the HSE under the Framework for Major Emergency Management. We will take appropriate measures to mobilise volunteers, vehicles and equipment to assist in providing healthcare services to people across the country and in our community. Our fundraising efforts and opportunities for donations to support our charitable activities have been seriously curtailed and we are asking for your generous support to enable us expand and continue our charitable activities in our community at this critical time.  Your generous donation will be used to assist us with the additional cost of Personal Protective Equipment, Fuel and essential equipment at this time and any donation is greatly appreciated - Thank you ”
