Saving family headstones at karrakatta is raising money to bring public awareness to the public of WA.
Redevelopment is taking place at Karrakatta Cemetery.
The headstones, the grave surrounds even the grave markers are being removed there.
Nothing left to show they existed.
The burial then becomes walkway.
The public is largely unaware This has created a huge impact on many families, who are losing their only avenue for grieving.
We are in the process of ensuring that all families are made aware of this disrespectful program. Money will be used to Prepare and distribute pamphlets, arrange deliver of these and printing of said documents. We will be eternally grateful for any assistance you can provide and thank you deeply from the bottom of our hearts.
