Save Panola Public Schools

WE ONLY HAVE TWO MONTH TO THE END OF THE SCHOOL'S FISCAL YEAR TO SAVE OUR SCHOOL! Panola Public Schools is a small, rural district in Southeast Oklahoma.  We have approximately 155 students Pre-Kindergarten through 12. Panola School is part of the community eligibility programs, which means that all of our students eat breakfast and lunch for free.  We provide a full-time school nurse which helps in educating the children in health, nutrition, and character building.   We boast a well rounded curriculum based on academics, Agriculture, and Family Living courses.  Athletics is based on sportsmanship, attitude, and the desire for fair competition.  Panola students have been recognized on the state and national levels in FFA; and we were fourth in the state in Academic Quiz Bowl 2015 - 16.  But, Panola Public Schools' budgeted appropriations were approximately $100,000 less for 2016-17 school year than for 2015-16 school year!  This proud school is in dire straits financially.  We need money for teachers and support staff payroll.  We are running out of time, and we would appreciate any and all help.
