Jemimah's Kidney Transplant

Jemimah is a 27-year-old mother born with only one kidney. She’s always been the kind of person to keep a positive and giving attitude until she was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) back in January 2017. Further diagnosis revealed that she has Lupus Nephritis, which is affecting her only kidney. For over a year, her and her family have been struggling to keep up with the dialysis and chemotherapy needed to treat the disease while trying to save money for the transplant she needs. Please help us reach our goal so that Jemimah may continue to receive treatment and get the transplant she desperately needs.
