Help me save my wife Brenda from cancer

My wife was diagnosed with throat cancer in june of 2012, she has had 30 radiation treatments and 6 chemo treatments. It did not work, it is worse.
We are getting help from alternative sources, diet and therapies.
It is getting expensive and I have little time to work with all the care giving and hospital time.
