Beau Hendricks was incarcerated for a crime he didn't commit!
In 2012 a group of friends traveled to Puerto Rico to go surfing, during that trip an unreported accident happened where someone crossing the road was struck, and the victim died days later from the injury (Beau was not driving that car)
Beau was the registered individual of the car, so this was the only information the police had to work with.
Beau has been charged with vehicular homicide, and is being extradited to Puerto Rico to stand trial.
His family can use assistance with donations to help with a portion of his legal fees.
